What is a Trading Account?
A trading account is a type of account that allows users to buy/sell securities, and speculate on the price movements of Forex pairs, Stocks, Commodities, Indices, Crypto and more with the purpose of monetary gain. Alchemy Markets offers CFD trading accounts, allowing traders to buy/sell assets in the form of contracts, for the sole purpose of speculating its price movements. For example, you may sell an APPL share without owning APPL shares, and still profit from its price decline.
Can I Open a Trading Account for My Business?
Yes, you can request for a corporate trading account. Simply open an account, select your client type as Corporate, and submit the required documents to verify.
Which Financial Markets Can I Access with Alchemy Markets?
Alchemy Markets account holders can access 10+ asset classes. These include community favourites such as Forex pairs, stocks, ETFs, indices, commodities, and cryptos. Classic, Premier, VIP and Demo accounts can trade Forex, metals, and indices without any commission fees. VIP accounts can trade all assets with raw spreads as low as 0.0 pip, and only a small fee of $4 per lot round-turn.
How Can I Fund My Trading Account?

How Much of My Trading Account Should I Risk per Trade?
The total amount you choose to risk per trade should align with your risk tolerance and trading strategy. Trading CFDs carries significant risks, so it’s advisable to only invest what you can afford to lose. Effective risk management and a well-tested strategy are essential for achieving profitability in trading.
Will There Be Any Extra Deposit or Withdrawal Fees Charged to My Trading Account?
Alchemy Markets does not charge any additional fees to deposit or withdraw funds to your trading account. Depending on your transaction method, a fee may be charged by the Payment Service Provider or bank facilitating the transaction.
Can I Move Between Account Types After Registration?
All accounts can be changed except demo accounts. Your live trading accounts will be automatically updated to match the total funds you have deposited into the account. For example, a Standard Account is activated with a minimum deposit of $100, and becomes a Classic Account when the account funds reach $1000. VIP Accounts can be changed to a premier account by contacting our customer support.
Can I Open Multiple Accounts?
Yes. You can set up multiple trading accounts for each trading strategy so you can better track and manage their respective performance. What Documents Are Needed to Set up My Account?
You can open a demo account and a live account without any KYC verification. To make your first deposit or withdrawal, our KYC process will request the following documents: Scan of Personal ID and Selfie Proof of Address (Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Utility Bills, Tax Documents)
