The Roadster Rocket model will only be open to invited individuals only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, this back to the future type of reveal is nothing short of remarkable. I\u2019ve never seen anything like that before. Wild.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But more importantly, the reveal opens up more real talking points about Tesla and SpaceX\u2019s merger, as the Roadster leans on Space-X technology for its propulsion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With that, TSLA\u2019s stock is priced to gap up from 362 to 379 this market open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, will this publicity be enough to break TSLA\u2019s downtrend?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TSLA is still fighting the downtrend<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the daily chart, <strong>TSLA has been making lower highs<\/strong> beneath a descending trendline. The recent rebound has brought price back towards that line, but the bigger trend has not yet been decisively broken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, what does show promise is TSLA\u2019s recent price trend above the <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/exponential-moving-average\/\">20 day-EMA<\/a> band (<a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/bollinger-bands\/\">Bollinger Bands<\/a> set to 1 sd). And also the break above its April Low around 350, which flips it back to support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1514\" height=\"939\" src=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-101.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34802\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.6135265700483092;width:1002px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-101.png 1514w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-101-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-101-767x476.png 767w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-101-1024x635.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1514px) 100vw, 1514px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holding that band would improve the shorter-term case. Losing it again, while bearish, could simply just be a retracement back to the April Lows before another shot higher (unless that $350 zone is decisively broken too).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Could Tesla and SpaceX become one company?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online, many people are beginning to connect the two brands after such a public collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both businesses share Elon Musk as their most recognisable figure, and the Roadster demonstration clearly draws on SpaceX engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honestly, while the hype is real, eventually we\u2019ll have to see what the real orders are looking like, and whether or not scandals will be surrounding the technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But if all goes well, this will become a real talking point for Elon to suggest merging the two entities, which effectively creates some sort of \u201cRobot empire\u201d &#8211; with Tesla at the robotics helm, and SpaceX on the AI helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demand-wise, EV cars have also reached an interesting inflection point. Elon says that Gasoline-only vehicles have fallen below half of global sales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Elon Musk (<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/elonmusk?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@elonmusk<\/a>) said the auto industry has crossed a major threshold after gasoline-only vehicles fell below half of global new-car sales for the first time.<br><br>\u201cMajor threshold passed.
