We suspect this wave may rally to meet the upper portion of the parallel price channel near .8212.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From there, a sideways consolidation may build for wave iv, while USD\/CHF prices hold above .7907.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, another blast higher in wave v to finalize the rally from .7761.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the next several weeks, we suspect USD\/CHF will hold comfortably above the 200-day <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/simple-moving-average\/\">simple moving average<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signs of a medium-term top would appear if we begin to see <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/strategies\/bearish-divergence\/\">bearish RSI divergence<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that USDCHF prices push below the 200-day simple moving average, then we\u2019ll need to reassess the wave count including the possibility that red wave \u00a9 topped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bottom Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>USD\/CHF is likely running higher in a 3rd wave rally.
