But recently, things have started to change \u2014 it looks like we may have\u00a0<strong>bottomed out near the lower boundary<\/strong>\u00a0of that channel. Since then, we\u2019ve seen a\u00a0<strong>strong impulse to the upside<\/strong>, showing some early signs of life from the bulls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That said, while this bounce is promising, we\u2019re&nbsp;<strong>not out of the woods just yet<\/strong>. Bitcoin hasn\u2019t formed a new&nbsp;<strong>higher high<\/strong>, so it\u2019s too early to call it a confirmed reversal. The key level I\u2019m watching right now is around the&nbsp;<strong>$95,000 region<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 that\u2019s where the upper trendline of the channel currently sits, and it\u2019s going to be a major test for price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If BTC can&nbsp;<strong>break and hold above that $95K mark<\/strong>, that\u2019s where things get exciting. A breakout from the descending channel could open the door for a push toward&nbsp;<strong>$106,000 next<\/strong>, which lines up nicely with the next area of resistance and potential profit-taking zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, though, patience is key. Until we see a clean break and retest above $95K, we\u2019re still technically inside the downtrend \u2014 but the momentum is definitely shifting. The next few candles should tell us whether this is just another fake-out rally or the&nbsp;<strong>start of a new leg higher<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Levels to Watch:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support:<\/strong>\u00a0$85,000 \u2013 $87,500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resistance:<\/strong>\u00a0$95,000 (breakout zone)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Next Target if Broken:<\/strong>\u00a0$106,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Summary:<\/strong><br>Bitcoin looks like it\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>trying to reverse out of its descending channel<\/strong>, showing some strong upside impulse. The bulls have shown up, but they still need to prove it by pushing through that $95K resistance.
