We\u2019re also seeing a double bottom forming, backed by a <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/strategies\/bullish-divergence\/\">regular bullish RSI divergence<\/a>\u2014both solid signs of a potential reversal and aligning from a multi-timeframe perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Analysis of SPX Index<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the SPX 1D chart, notice how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is a small yet visible \u2018W\u2019 pattern, just below the key SR levels of $5,610\u2013$5,670.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This reversal pattern is supported by a bullish divergence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A successful reversal here could spike the All-Time Highs formed during July\u2013September 2024, a significant price zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Note:<\/strong> This is not US500\u2019s price.
