Clearly, some of these packets have been invested into the Hang Seng Index, fuelling the rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the index has seen some major red candles on the hourly timeframe, signalling a potential cool off period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Analysis of HKG50 (Hang Seng Index CFD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2433\" height=\"1306\" src=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8587\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21.png 2433w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21-300x161.png 300w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21-1024x550.png 1024w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21-768x412.png 768w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21-1536x825.png 1536w, https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/HANGSENG_2025-02-13_17-41-21-2048x1099.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2433px) 100vw, 2433px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 1-hour chart, we can see a clear trendline break, triggered by two strong bearish candles. This suggests the Hang Seng Index may enter a corrective ABC structure, cooling off from the CNY rally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABC Correction: <\/strong>At this stage, we could expect a temporary bounce that stays below the recent highs, followed by a rejection that pushes the price lower\u2014though not beyond the key support zone at $19,659\u2013$19,904.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now, the price is sitting at yesterday\u2019s pivot low of $21,738, which could act as support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From here, the index may either consolidate or retest resistance at $22,011\u2013$22,133, a zone created by previous consolidation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this support doesn\u2019t hold, the next support zone is between $21,501\u2013$21,589.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was previously a resistance area where the index consolidated before breaking out, meaning it could now act as strong support.
