At the <strong>higher degree<\/strong>, the chart aligns with a developing <strong>Wave (iii)<\/strong>, indicating an ongoing bullish trend in the long term. However, the <strong>lower degree<\/strong> suggests that EUR\/USD is in a corrective phase that is nearing its end of micro wave 2 of (ii).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This corrective structure has retraced into the <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/fibonacci-retracement\/\">Fibonacci <strong>61.8%<\/strong><\/a><strong> (1.02980)<\/strong> signaling the corrective dip is nearing its terminal point. Such a deep retracement often indicates a potential reversal zone. Moreover, the corrective phase subdivides into smaller waves, consistent with a <strong>zigzag pattern (a)-(b)-(c).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the completion of micro wave 2, an impulsive pattern is expected to take EUR\/USD higher toward the Wave (iii) target near 1.08 and possibly 1.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our previous <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/market-insights\/elliott-wave\/eurusd-falling-wedge-bulls-edge\/\">EURUSD forecast<\/a> is playing out as anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bottom Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EUR\/USD is in the latter stages of a corrective Wave 2. While further downside may test the <strong>1.02590\u20131.0298 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/guides\/support-and-resistance\/\"><strong>support zone<\/strong><\/a>, a significant bullish reversal is anticipated.
