The surge from <strong>$28.31 to $39.13<\/strong> has unfolded as an incomplete impulse pattern with three of the five waves in the books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wave (iii) was an extended wave falling short of the <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/fibonacci-extensions\/\">1.618 Fibonacci extension<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wave iv of (iii) was a <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/strategies\/symmetrical-triangle-pattern\/\">symmetrical triangle<\/a> leading to the final push higher in wave v of (iii).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, wave (iv) appears to be unfolding and the <strong>current rally is wave b of (iv)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I suspect that wave (iv) is still in progress and is incomplete because it was shallow in depth and short on time. No <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/guides\/elliott-wave-theory\/\">Elliott wave rules<\/a> were broken, but the structure doesn\u2019t look correct for the current rally to be wave (v).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If I needed to adopt an alternate count<\/strong>, one could argue wave v of (iii) was still unfolding to the upside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Silver materially pushes above $39.70, then we\u2019ll consider the alternative. Until $39.70 is broken, this rally can be viewed as wave b of (iv).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bottom Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Silver remains bullish inside a well-defined rising channel. <strong>A corrective wave (iv) to $36\u2013$38 is likely<\/strong> before wave (v) resumes. If Silver pushes above $39.70, then we\u2019ll consider wave (v) is already unfolding.
