Despite this, there are some signals that a pullback could occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1051\" src=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/COTD-25.05.22.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13191\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extended RSI Divergence on 4-Hour and Daily Timeframe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/strategies\/bearish-divergence-3\/\">Bearish divergences<\/a> on the 4-hour and daily timeframe are the first signs of weakness. Though the highs are not back-to-back, the RSI shows weakness across the broader uptrend. These are warnings for traders looking to FOMO a long position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Does this mean punching in a short right now? \ud83e\udd2a No!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These signals alone do not indicate a reversal,<strong> we need a second sign of weakness<\/strong> to align with the signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wait for a:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/candlesticks\/bearish-engulfing-pattern\/\">Bearish engulfing candle<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/candlesticks\/evening-star-pattern\/\">evening star<\/a> at the highs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close below the previous ATH ($109,588)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to hold High Volume Nodes (HVN)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Price Levels in Play: HVNs and POC Support Zones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With Bitcoin\u2019s rapid price swings, plotting support zones can get tricky. That\u2019s where the volume profile helps. Instead of just marking highs and lows, we look at where volume was concentrated during recent sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These areas \u2014 called<strong> High Volume Nodes (HVNs)<\/strong> \u2014 show where traders were most active.
