Additionally, today\u2019s low at <strong>$3,285<\/strong> is the 38% <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemymarkets.com\/education\/indicators\/fibonacci-retracement\/\">Fibonacci retracement<\/a> of wave iii\u2026another common relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, if the bulls are going to continue their run, they\u2019ll need to step in and hold prices above <strong>$3,252 <\/strong>for a rally in wave \u2018v\u2019 to retest <strong>$3,500<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is an alternative count we are considering too. Due to the inability of Gold to punch above the parallel price channel, we are keeping an eye on the red labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week\u2019s high could have been <strong>wave (b) of ((y))<\/strong>. This implies this week\u2019s decline is wave (c) of ((y)) to possibly reach down to <strong>$2,975<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bottom Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gold appears to be in the early stages of a 5th wave.
